NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 29th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 960, in Volume D1, Folio 914/1001, File No. MMXIV, by our client, Brenda Wanjiku Gachiri, formerly known as Breda Wanjiku Michuki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Breda Wanjiku Michuki, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Brenda Wanjiku Gachiri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Brenda Wanjiku Gachiri only.
