NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 13th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 592, in Volume D1, Folio 1021/1498, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Laura Kisiah Kanaya (guardian), on behalf of Alvin Kendrick Siche (minor), of P.O. Box 42932–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Alvin Libese Kiganiri alias Alvin Ken Siche Andati, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Alvin Libese Kiganiri alias Alvin Ken Siche Andati, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Alvin Kendrick Siche, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Alvin Kendrick Siche only.
