NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 8th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 311, in Volume D1, Folio 144/400, File No. MMXXII, by our client, David Nkongo Mugambi, formerly known as David Nkunja Mithiaru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name David Nkunja Mithiaru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name David Nkongo Mugambi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name David Nkongo Mugambi only.
