TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2021 By (1) Flora Wanjiku Waweru, (2) Margaret Wambui Njogu, (3) Margaret Muthoni Kamande, (4) Peter Njoroge Njogu, (5) Samuel Muiruri Njogu and (6) John Wainaina Njogu, all of P.O. Box 209– 10205, Maragua in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Francis Njogu Wainaina, who died at Kimkan Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
