TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By (1) Michael Njoroge Kinyua and (2) Solomon Muriithi Kabuge, both of P.O. Box 465–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Kinyua Kabugi alias Charles K. Kabugi, who died at Murang’a, on 10th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2024 By Gillian Mary Brooke, of P.O. Box 751–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of written will testate to the estate of Brooke Timothy Peter, who died at Nnayuki Cottage Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd April, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
