TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By (1) Mugambi Stephen Leandrew alias Stephen Mugambi and (2) Baptista Mwenda Karuru, both of P.O. Box 941-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leandrew Karuru M’Etharange alias Leandrew Karuru alias Leanore Karuru, who died at Machungulu, on 18th September, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
