CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2024 By (1) Martha Karimi Kubai and (2) Ben Murithi Kubai, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaiah Kubai O’Mitu, who died at Meru, on 4th August, 2022.
