TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 17th December, 2024 CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By Moses Kibet, of P.O. Box 109, Moiben in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Kibet Chebor, who died at Meibeki Sub-location, on 12th February, 2011. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2024 By Eunice Jepchumba Kanda, of P.O. Box 117–30204, Kapcherop in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimoi Chereng Rotich alias Kimoi w/o Chereng arap Rotich, who died at Chorwo Sub-location, on 22nd August, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
