TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E461 OF 2024 By Charity Wambui Muraimu, of P.O. Box 1337, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zacharia Muraimu Wahome alias Zakariah Muraimu Wahome, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 25th May, 2013. CAUSE NO. E466 OF 2024 By Grace Wangechi Theuri, of P.O. Box 32, Mweiga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Theuri Kihira alias Theuri Kihara alias Theuri s/o Kihira, who died on 12th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
