TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E261 OF 2024 By (1) Elizabeth Gicuku Njue and (2) Joseph Njagi Njue, both of P.O. Box 32, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased’s relatives, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gachara M’Ngano, who died at Kiriari Sub-location, on 29th April, 1994. CAUSE NO. E262 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Kinyuah Nyagah and (2) Paul Muriithi Nyaga, both of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaga Gatenjau, who died at Kapingazi, Gatiruri, on 24th November, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
