TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E243 OF 2024 By (1) Wilkista Adongo and (2) Jenipher Auma Oketch, both of P.O. Box 516–40400, Suna in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yona Oketch Alango alias Okech Alango alias Yona Okech Alango, who died at St, Joseph Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 1st January, 1995. CAUSE NO. E260 OF 2024 By (1) Hulda Caren Ondiek, (2) Ellytroon Ochieng Ndisio and (3) Joshua Ochieng Ndisio, all of P.O. Box 143–40400, Suna in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Ochieng Ndisio, who died at St. Joseph Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 6th April, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
