TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2024 By (1) Timpiyian Naibartuni Sumei and (2) Isaac Leboo Sumei, both of P.O. Box 66–20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. Masikonde & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkorir Kimorijo Sumei, who died at Tenwek Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd December, 2017. CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2024 By William Kibii Chirchir, of P.O. Box 58, Chebunyo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipchirchir arap Sangutet, who died at Mogondo Location, on 30th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
