E107 OF 2024 By (1) Benson Kahindi Chengo and (2) Jackson Katana Chengo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chengo Katana Thoya, who died on 20th August, 2016. CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2024 By (1) Grace Kache Kazungu and (2) Margaret Neema Kazungu, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelie D. K. Mwatete, who died on 14th April, 2024. CAUSE NO. E119 OF 2024 By Sidi Iha Thoya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Garama Kahindi Mwamure alias, Garama Kahindi Mtune who died on 19th December, 2017. CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2024 By (1) Kadzo Kenga Charo and (2) Shaka Kenga Charo, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chengo Charo Masha alias Kenga Charo Masha, who died on 16th February, 1995. CAUSE NO. E127 OF 2024 By Mwaka Kurwa Nzaka, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mlewa Lwambi Shauri, who died on 12th September, 2002.
