TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2024 By (1) Samwel Kiprono Korir and (2) Grace Chepkorir Korir, both of P.O. Box 129, Litein in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Recho Chepkirui Langat alias Tapwalei w/o A. Langat, who died at Kapkatet, on 26th May, 1985. CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2024 By (1) Alfred Kipngetich and (2) David Kipkirui Chepkwony, both of P.O. Box 147, Litein in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono Mursoi, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd February, 1996. CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2024 By Stephen Kipruto Suge, of P.O. Box 2, Ndanai in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptoo arap Suge, who died at Eldoret East, on 18th June, 2011. CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2024 By (1) Esther Chepkorir Cheruiyot, (2) David Kiprono Kirui and (3) Joyce Chepkurui Kirui, all of P.O. Box 32, Litein in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Kipkurui Cheruiyot, who died at Roronya Village, on 19th May, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
