E10 OF 2024 By (1) Bramwel Nasong’o Sirengo and (2) Moses Georhine Sirengo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilfred Masinde Mukunda, who died at Marinda Sub-location, on 20th September, 1994. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2024 By David Sikuku Milimo Walubengo, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nabibia Mang’oli Isaya alias Mang’oli s/o Nabibya, who died at Khalumuli Sub-location, on 21st December, 1996. CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2024 By Selina Masindakusi Sikuku, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheth Sikuku Wemali alias Japher Sikuku Wemali, who died at Matulo Sub- location, on 13th September, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
