Box 1001–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Katona alias Katona Kioko, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 21st March, 1996. CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2024 By (1) Mutuku Muia and (2) Jane Nduku, both of P.O. Box 212– 90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Syomiti Muia, who died at Kangundo Level IV Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd January, 2024. CAUSE NO. E149 OF 2024 By (1) Sammy Musyoki Musembi, (2) Timothy Itumo Kithendu and (3) Martin Kilonzo Munguti Musembi, all of P.O. Box 510– 90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Musembi Mutua alias Musembi Itumo alias Musembi Mutua, who died at Ngiini, on 25th October, 2003.
