TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2024 By Eunice Anyokorit Oboo, of P.O. Box 1, Amagoro in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jesee Oboo Otaga, who died at Katelepai Sub-location, on 17th August, 2015. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2024 By Pascalia Isapuke Omuriai, of P.O. Box 1, Amagoro in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliseyo Omuryei Omunyin, who died at Amagoro Sub- location, on 21st March, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
