E275 OF 2024 By Samuel Opany, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masinde Owenda alias Masinde Oenda, who died at Kanyakwar, on 1st June, 1977. CAUSE NO. 286 OF 2024 By (1) Philister Aduol Ludhasa and (2) Jane Juma Ochieng, both of P.O.
