TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 56 OF 2022 By Michael Doyli Taracha, of P.O. Box 305, Nyansiongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Taracha Ogechi alias Peter Taracha, who died at Manga Esise, on 15th November, 1972. CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2023 By Edward Angwenyi Obiria, of P.O. Box 676–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Obiria Angwenyi, who died at Enchoro, on 1st August, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
