Box 21686–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kyuli Kinyongwe, who died at Kaguku, on 10th April, 2002. CAUSE NO. E110 OF 2024 By John Kitonga Mutisya, of P.O. Box 44–01015, Ithanga in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Matingi, who died at Gati-Iguru, on 28th May, 2022. CAUSE NO. E149 OF 2024 By Lucy Wanjiru Murigi, of P.O. Box 23, Saba Saba in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Murigi Muiruri, who died at Kenol Hospital in Kenya, on 11th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
