REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ally Mohamed Mwatsoluzi, of P.O. Box 80401– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.27 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. Bububu ‘A’ Settlement Scheme/319, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 42428, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
