WHEREAS Simone Avola, of P.O. Box 59–80202, Watamu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 806, Apartment No. 10A, Watamu, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 65789, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
