THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) George Mbugua Karanja (ID/1464155), (2) Antony Njogu Njung’e (ID/21952347) and (3) George Githanga Wamathi (ID/11595495) as trustees of Wandaka’s Youth Group, all of P.O. Box 1535–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Nyandarua, registered under title No. Nyandarua/Mawingo Salient/5857, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
