WHEREAS Nguren Holdings Limited, Reg. No. C 49328, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 20.23 hectares or thereabouts, situate in the county of Kajiado, registered under title No. Kajiado/Kipeto/361, and whereas 20th December, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a replacement green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
