THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Njiru Kabubo alias Njiru Kabubo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.29 hectare or thereabouts, known as Inoi/Kamondo/4901, and whereas the Court at Kerugoya in Succession Cause No. E611 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Peter Kanyago Muru (ID/2946165), and whereas the said Peter Kanyago Muru (ID/2946165) has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the said land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Peter Kanyago Muru (ID/2946165), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Paul Njiru Kabubo alias Njiru Kabubo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
