REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Judith Igandu Muruana (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kagaari/Mukuuri/T. 200, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Runyenjes in Succession Cause No. E158 of 2023, has issued letters of administration to Rosemary Ciumwari Muruana, and whereas the said Rosemary Ciumwari Muruana has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the said land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Rosemary Ciumwari Muruana, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Judith Igandu Muruana (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
