REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kangogo Barsomok (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Cherangany/Kondabilet/36, situate in Elgeyo Marakwet County, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Iten in Succession Cause No. E73 of 2021 has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Moses Kipkosgei Kurui and (2) Kabon Kangogo, both of P.O. Box 3369, Iten, and whereas the said Court has executed an application registered in the name of Kangogo Barsomok (deceased) as proprietor in respect of the said piece of land, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Kangogo Barsomok (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
