REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwangangi Isika (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.92 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kisasi/Manzini/287, situate in the district of Kitui, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kitui in succession Cause No. 403 of 2016 has issued letters of administration in favour of Charley Mwanzi Sangali, and whereas the said Charley Mwanzi Sangali has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Mwangangi Isika (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of the said L.R.A. 39, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Mwangangi Isika (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
