GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 16863

WHEREAS Bernard Muhoro Wandaka (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 11.98 hectares or thereabout, known as Gatarakwa/Gatarakwa Block 3/314, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in Succession Cause No. 755 of 2013, has issued letters of administration to Joseph Ndungu Muhoro, as the administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Jerius Nyokabi Ndungu, (2) Marata Gathoni Gakere, (3) Joseph Ndungu Muhoro, (4) Harun Gichure Muhoro, (5) James Kariuki Muhoro, (6) Joseph Muchiri Muhoro and (8) Veronicah Nyakiunyu Muhoro, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said Joseph Ndungu Muhoro, as the administrator and the beneficiaries (1) Jerius Nyokabi Ndungu, (2) Marata Gathoni Gakere, (3) Joseph Ndungu Muhoro, (4) Harun Gichure Muhoro, (5) James Kariuki Muhoro, (6) Joseph Muchiri Muhoro and (8) Veronicah Nyakiunyu Muhoro, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Bernard Muhoro Wandaka (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
