REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Musyoki Mutua (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Makueni/Kalawani/1330, situate in the district of Makueni, and whereas in the Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court at Tawa in Succession Cause No. 2 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Mule Wambua, and whereas the title deed in respect of George Musyoki Mutua (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Mule Wambua, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said George Musyoki Mutua (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
