REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elius Soita Kusimba (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Trans Nzoia, containing 2.080 hectares or thereabout, known as Trans Nzoia/Kipsoen/807, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kitale in Succession Cause No. 164 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Doris Nasimiyu Wepukhulu and (2) Arthur Wafula, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Elius Soita Kusimba (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Elius Soita Kusimba (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
