REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jereso Muchocho Wamachali alias Jeeso Muchocho (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Ndivisi/Makusekwa/98, situate in the county of Bungoma, and whereas in the Magistrate’s Court at Webuye in Succession Cause No. E9 of 2020 has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Tom Nalianya Muchocho, (2) Frhedie Mbuilah wa Muchocho and (3) Aggrey Barasa Jethro, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is missing/lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with registration of the said transmission instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jereso Muchocho Wamachali alias Jeeso Muchocho (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
