NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Foods Act ( Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of one 40 feet, Bachu Highsided trailer, without number plate, one Mitsubishi Canter, Registration No. KBN 034 X, engine dismantled, one Marcedes Axio, Registration No. KBQ 247U, engine dismantled. all the owners may collect the said properties, motor vehicle from the premises of Skyflex Fabricators, Mlolongo Area, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon proof of ownership and payment of outstanding bills, accumulated storage charges, the cost of this publication and any other balance/expenses and or incidental costs, failure to which the said motor vehicles shall be disposed under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, by public auction through Sadique Enterprise Auctioneers without any further reference to the owners.
