Box 148–20117, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Mary Njeri Coleman (minor), formerly known as Mary Njeri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Njeri, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Njeri Coleman, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mary Njeri Coleman only.
