NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 665, in Volume D1, Folio 342/3004, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Anne Wangari Kamotho, of P.O. Box 896– 00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Hannah Wangari Kamotho, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Hannah Wangari Kamotho, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Anne Wangari Kamotho, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Anne Wangari Kamotho only.
