NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 15th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 935, in Volume D1, Folio 342/2997, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Soraya Somoina Mohamed, of P.O. Box 398–00502, Karen in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Soraya Chepkemoi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Soraya Chepkemoi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Soraya Somoina Mohamed, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Soraya Somoina Mohamed only.
