NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 11th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 648, in Volume D1, Folio 338/2964, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Abdikadir Mohamed Daqane, of P.O. Box 13–70300, Mandera in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abdikadir Hussein Abdullahi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdikadir Hussein Abdullahi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdikadir Mohamed Daqane, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdikadir Mohamed Daqane only.
