NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 16th December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 918, in Volume D1, Folio 1024/1498, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Meshack Mutuku Peter, of P.O. Box 100, Kabati in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Peter Meshack Musee, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Peter Meshack Musee, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Meshack Mutuku Peter, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Meshack Mutuku Peter only.
