NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 22nd November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1261, in Volume D1, Folio 329/2897, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Nancy Nabari Giacomozzi, of P.O. Box 28480–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nancy Nabari Letiyan, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nancy Nabari Letiyan, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nancy Nabari Giacomozzi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nancy Nabari Giacomozzi only.
