NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 25th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 71, in Volume B-13, Folio 2390/21689, File No. 1637, by our client, Grace Mayar (guardian), on behalf of Leon Shalin Gor (minor), of P.O. Box 1171–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Leon Mayar, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Leon Mayar, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Leon Shalin Gor, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Leon Shalin Gor only.
