NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 17th December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1108, in Volume D1, Folio 1040/1498, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Harriet Jebet Juma, of P.O. Box 5664–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Harriet Jebet Kiplagat alias Harriet Jebet, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Harriet Jebet Kiplagat alias Harriet Jebet, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Harriet Jebet Juma, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Harriet Jebet Juma only.
