REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mohsen Mohamed Ahmed Taib and (2) Johra Mohammed Taib, as the administrators to the estate of Mohamed Ahmed Taib, both of P.O. Box 8632–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Nairobi, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, known as L.R. 209/8000/79, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 25658/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
