REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Yaa Sorotani Zimba, as the administrator of the estate of Hedwig Landert Zimba (deceased), vide certificate of confirmation of grant issued at Malindi High Court in Succesion Cause No. 59 of 2022, dated 25th October, 2023, of P.O. Box 5970, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 572, Kilifi, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered under title No. C.R. 17860, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
