REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Benard Katama Ngao, (2) Mohamed Mwatsolozi Chiguyaso and (3) Masika Ali Mwatsolozi, are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 1.16 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kilifi County, known as Kilifi/Kadzonzo/Madzimbani/318, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card in respect thereof is lost or destroyed notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new land register (green card) as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
