NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 725, in Volume DI, Folio 267/1681, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Ruth Wangui McMillan, formerly known as Ruth Mwanarusi Salim Mwayogwe, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Ruth Mwanarusi Salim Mwayogwe and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ruth Wangui McMillan for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address her by her assumed name Ruth Wangui McMillan only.
