Box 57434–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Pierpont Rockefeller Adiyogi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Pierpont Rockefeller Adiyogi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Pierpont Rockefeller Pinker for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address her by her assumed name Pierpont Rockefeller Pinker only.
