REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sergio Innocente, of P.O. Box 30470–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, as the director to the estate of Frangipani Villas Limited, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land situate in Kilifi County, known as Kilifi/Jimba/1459, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
