THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ali Zahoro Mgatu, as administrator of the estate of Hamisi wa Chausiku (deceased), of P.O. Box 133-80109, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land conatining 1.15 acres or thereabout, known as plot No. 125/III/MN, situate in the Kilifi Municipality in Kilifi County, registered as 4324, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title in respect of the said piece of land has been lost/destroyed, and whereas the registered owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the file and the land register as provided under section 33(3) of the Act.
