REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Genesio Njeru Kavuvunyaki (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.405 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Embu County, known as Kyeni/Kigumo/2745, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Runyenjes in Succession Cause No. 138 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration Joaninah Karimi Njeru, and whereas the said Joaninah Karimi Njeru has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Joaninah Karimi Njeru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Genesio Njeru Kavuvunyaki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
