REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Amina Ismail Mohamed, of P.O. Box 11497, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 31773, situate in Nakuru District, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 270040/1, and whereas the office has issued adequate notice to the proprietor to surrender the said title for cancellation under section 87, 14 (a), (b) and section 79 (2) of the Act and the Regulations therefore but declined to do so, notice is given that the lease and certificate of titles registered in the name of Amina Ismail Mohamed stands deregistered and cancelled.
